Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender passport, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other standard grounds listed in the documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may, where allowed, submit evidence of self-cleaning and restored reliability. The machine-readable notice does not provide any more detailed exclusion grounds beyond the standard legal grounds; these must be checked in the official tender documents.
