Purchase and installation of UV equipment for drinking water disinfection

The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if a ground for exclusion exists under Section 95(1) or Section 95(4)(8) of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm whether such a ground exists. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise exclusion grounds; these must be checked in the tender documents if needed.

The bidder must have properly performed at least two similar contracts within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, under which UV equipment was supplied, installed, commissioned and made ready for use on water pipelines. The total value of those contracts must be at least EUR 35,000. The bidder must provide the contract dates, value, a short description of the work performed, and the other contracting party’s details; in a public procurement, the reference number must also be stated. The contracting authority may request evidence of contract performance. If a contract was performed partly before or after the reference period, only the part handed over and accepted during the reference period is counted.
