The bidder must have properly completed at least one ground-source heat pump replacement contract within the last 36 months, with a value of at least EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Contracts signed earlier than that 36-month period also count if their performance ended within the last 36 months. The bidder must provide the contract details: subject matter, value, performance period, and the contracting partner’s name, email and phone number, or the public procurement reference number. The contracting authority may request confirmation from the client that the contract was performed properly.
