Compliance requirements
The bidder must not be subject to the exclusion grounds set out in Section 95(1)(1)–(5) and Section 95(4)(12) of the Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm in the public procurement register that these grounds do not apply. If the company has other persons authorised to represent it, make decisions on its behalf or control it, and these persons are not visible on the commercial register card, the bidder must provide their name and personal identification code, or confirm that no such persons exist.

Within the 48 months before the contract notice was published, the bidder must have completed a contract in at least two different drinking-water pumping stations covering the cleaning, disinfection and commissioning of at least four drinking-water tanks with a capacity of at least 30 m³ each. The bidder must submit the contract details on Form Annex 6. If the bidder relies on another company’s resources, it must submit the consent form in Annex 7 and, where applicable, add subcontractor details and, for joint bidders, information on the size and nature of each participant’s share of the contract. The bid must comply with the procurement documents, be submitted in the required price structure, and include equivalence evidence where necessary.
