Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor members of its management body have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking. It must also confirm that no other exclusion grounds apply and, where necessary, provide a description of self-cleaning measures.
