Transport to educational institutions in the Rannu and Rõngu areas and to Maarjamaa State School in the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 school years

The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion grounds from the ESPD, including participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory exclusion grounds. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to explain self-cleaning measures and provide supporting evidence. The exact list continues in the tender documents and must be checked there.

The bidder must have a valid passenger transport operating licence under Section 39(1) of the Public Transport Act and a valid registration in the economic activities register for passenger transport. The bidder must also have an average annual net turnover from passenger transport of at least EUR 50,000 per year for the last three years (2023, 2024 and 2025), including targeted subsidy. In addition, the bidder must have completed at least one similar contract in the last three years: school bus transport with at least one bus meeting the requirements. The bidder must provide the contract list and, if the data cannot be found in eRHR, information on value, dates and the other contracting party. For joint tenders, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The tender must comply with the tender documents and the technical description for the relevant lot.
