Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds: participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and tax payment breaches. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include more detailed exclusion requirements; they must be checked in the tender documents.
