The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if a ground for exclusion under Section 95(1) and Section 95(4)(8) of the Public Procurement Act applies. The machine-readable notice did not include any more precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents.

The bidder or subcontractor must have properly performed at least two contracts in the 60 months before the publication date of the contract notice, where waterproofing works for plastic-lined chemical tanks were carried out, including welding and fastening plastic plates. The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and completion dates, contract value, a short description of the work, the other party’s details, and, in a public procurement, the reference number. The contracting authority may request proof of proper performance.
