Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be registered for wholesale of food products in the database of the Agricultural and Food Board. The contracting authority checks this requirement in the PTA database. The bidder must also be registered in the business register. The bidder’s 2024 turnover must be at least EUR 250,000. The bidder must have all technical means needed for handling, storing and transporting food in this procurement and must provide a free-form description of those means and their use.
