Participation requirements

Tender requirements are available in the official tender documents.

Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender. Where applicable, evidence of self-cleaning measures must be provided. The machine-readable notice did not show all exclusion grounds in full; the remaining grounds must be checked in the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have completed at least 2 contracts equivalent to the subject of the procurement within the last 36 months. An equivalent contract means a sale and commissioning contract for manual energy-efficient snow cannon tubes, where the compressor’s maximum energy consumption is 4.5 kW (permitted deviation ±10%). Each contract must have a value of at least EUR 30,000 excluding VAT. The ESPD must include a list of completed contracts with a short description, the contract period to the nearest month and year, and the details of the other contracting party; if the contract was a public procurement, the reference number must also be provided. The contracting authority may request confirmation from the other contracting party and additional explanations or documents. The tender must include the technical specification and compliance form, the form for scoring the quality criterion, and the manufacturer’s specifications. The tender must meet the minimum requirements in the procurement documents; conditional tenders are not allowed, and evidence of equivalence must be submitted where relevant.
