The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds in the tender documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other listed grounds. The buyer may request a confirmation from the purchaser that the contract covered a controller-based monitoring and control system, together with the contract performance period and the contract value excluding VAT. If the bidder relies on another entity’s capabilities, the details of that entity and, if necessary, its consent and confirmation of direct participation in performance must also be provided. The tender must comply with the procurement documents, and equivalence must be explained with supporting evidence where needed.
