Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management or supervisory body members have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be registered in the commercial register. The average net turnover for the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 50,000. During the last 5 years, the bidder must have properly performed at least 2 similar contracts involving dredging works in water bodies or harbours and/or the storage or levelling of dredged material. For contract performance, the bidder must have at least 1 responsible specialist, namely a site manager, with competence under the Building Code and registration in the Register of Economic Activities for the activity ‘Construction’ in the field of hydraulic structures or water construction, or an equivalent qualification or professional certificate. The tender must comply with the procurement documents; conditional tenders are not allowed; equivalence must be explained where necessary and supporting evidence must be attached. The bidder must also submit the price table and confirmations regarding subcontractors, trade secrets, joint tenders and sanctions-related conditions.
