Compliance requirements
The bidder and its management bodies must not have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. If any such ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice listed these grounds, but the exact additional conditions must be checked in the procurement documents if needed.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must appoint a responsible supervision specialist. That specialist must have at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision and, within the last 60 months, experience as the responsible supervision specialist for construction works on at least one similar building or building complex with a closed net area of at least 1,000 m². Similar experience includes, among other things, construction or reconstruction of load-bearing structures and external envelopes, construction or reconstruction of interior spaces, installation of a new central supply ventilation system with heat recovery, a heating system, a central building automation system, an electrical system, or a low-voltage system. The bidder must submit a CV or other document showing the specialist’s education, experience and compliance with the requirement. The tender must comply with the tender documents, and conditional tenders are not allowed.
