The bidder must have carried out at least five customer, partner, reputation and/or service satisfaction surveys during the year preceding the start date of the last three public procurements. A list of the reference contracts must be submitted with information on their value, dates and the other contracting parties (company name, contact person’s name, telephone number and e-mail address). All listed contracts must have been performed properly. The contracting authority may verify performance and may disqualify the bidder if any listed contract is found not to have been performed properly.
