Compliance requirements
The tender notice includes the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and the other mandatory exclusion checks set out in the procurement documents. The bidder must answer the exclusion questions and, where applicable, may provide evidence of self-cleaning. The machine-readable notice did not include the full precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have properly performed at least one construction contract in the 60 months before the start of the procurement, where the subject was installation work for windows and/or doors. For each such contract, the bidder must provide the subject and short description, the performance period, the client’s name, and contact details (email and phone). The contracting authority may request additional evidence of proper performance, including a client reference. If the contract is linked to a public procurement, the procurement reference number may also be provided. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; they must be checked in the tender documents.
