Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included the exclusion grounds under Section 95(1) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act. The bidder must confirm that none of the listed exclusion grounds apply to the company or to the relevant management, supervisory or authorised representatives: participation in a criminal organisation, breach of integrity duties, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or incitement/complicity/attempt, money laundering or terrorist financing, illegal employment of a foreign national, unlawful enabling of work under Estonian employment conditions, child labour or human trafficking, tax or environmental tax arrears, or a conflict with international sanctions. The notice only contains a confirmation question, so the exact legal wording should be checked in the official tender documents.
