The machine-readable notice did not include precise qualification or suitability criteria; these must be checked in the tender documents. The submitted team members’ CVs must meet the requirements set out in the document ‘Requirements for the team’. A project plan for creating a new playful or interactive fraud-related knowledge test must be submitted. The bid must also include the required joint-bidder power of attorney if the bid is submitted jointly.
