Compliance requirements

By submitting a tender, the bidder confirms acceptance of all tender documents. Conditional tenders and alternative solutions or variants are not allowed.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder's net turnover in construction for 2023 and 2024 must be at least EUR 8,800,000. The bidder must also have a valid liability insurance policy for a legal entity with a minimum insured amount of EUR 1,000,000. The bidder must have, as main contractor, properly built at least two livestock buildings with a built-up area of at least 4,000 m² during the last 60 months. For the references, the bidder must provide the project names, locations, building volumes, built-up area and completion dates. The construction project manager must have a valid professional qualification equivalent to level 7 of a certified construction engineer, and experience in constructing livestock buildings of at least 4,000 m² during the last 60 months. The site manager must have a valid professional qualification equivalent to level 6 of a certified construction engineer, and the same type of experience in constructing livestock buildings of at least 4,000 m² during the last 60 months. The design project manager must have a valid professional qualification equivalent to level 7 of a certified construction engineer or architect, and experience in designing livestock buildings of at least 4,000 m² during the last 60 months. The bidder must be able to provide technical support and performance solutions for the equipment included in the tender within 72 hours during the warranty period from the moment faults or equipment failures occur. In addition, the bidder must have a quality management system implemented in the field of construction works that meets at least the EVS-EN ISO 9001 standard, and an environmental management system that meets at least the EVS-EN ISO 14001 standard. A copy of the valid certificate must be submitted for both systems. The tender must comply with the requirements set out in the procurement documents and, where necessary, equivalence must be explained and evidence of equivalence must be attached.
