Compliance requirements
The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation participation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning, and the official tender documents must be checked for the exact rules and any available remedy options.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
To perform the service, the bidder’s team must include a person whose design competence meets at least these requirements: higher education in landscape architecture, arboriculture, forestry or a related field, or an equivalent professional qualification; at least 3 years of work experience in landscape design or dendrological inventory; participation in at least two similar projects. The bid must include the responsible person’s consent form (Appendix 3).
