Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other persons authorised to represent it have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must have properly performed at least 2 IT equipment maintenance service contracts similar to the subject of the procurement within the last 3 years. Each contract must have covered at least 60 computer workstations. Ongoing contracts may also be accepted if they meet the same conditions. For each contract, the bidder must provide the contract title, details of the other party, the performance period to the nearest month, the number of computer workstations covered and a short description of the contract. In addition, the support and server service process management system must comply with ISO 9001:2015, and a certificate must be submitted. The compliance conditions also require confirmation that the bid complies with the tender documents, a joint bid power of attorney where applicable, and submission of the bid price in the required form.
