The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, nor persons with representation powers, have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and the other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. The bidder must confirm that the bid remains valid for at least 3 months from the deadline for submission, that it agrees to conclude the contract on the proposed terms, and that the offered products comply with all tender document requirements.
