Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, offences related to terrorist acts or terrorist activities, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. Where applicable, evidence of self-cleaning measures must be provided. Subcontractors from the first and subsequent tiers are also checked and must submit the ESPD.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have prior experience in maintenance and repair of building ventilation equipment. Within the last 36 months, it must submit at least 5 properly performed contracts for similar work, and at least one contract must have had a duration of 2 years. The successful bidder must provide confirmations of proper performance upon the contracting authority’s request. The tender must comply with the procurement documents; conditional tenders are not allowed. The tender price must be submitted in the prescribed structure. The works must carry a warranty of at least 12 months from the signing of the handover-acceptance report.
