Restoration works for the water regime of Kirna wet forests

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, supervisory or control bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, the use of child labour or other forms of human trafficking, or the commission of a terrorist act or other terrorism-related offences. The bidder must also confirm that no other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD and tender documents apply. If an exclusion ground exists, it may be possible to submit self-cleaning measures where allowed by the tender documents or by law.

The bidder must have, within the last 60 months, completed at least one suitable reference contract as the main contractor or as a subcontractor organising all construction works. The required experience must be one of the following: full construction or reconstruction of at least 30 km of drainage ditches in a land improvement system; or full renewal or maintenance of at least 60 km of drainage ditches in a land improvement system; or construction of at least 30 earth dams during wetland or bog water regime restoration works. If the bidder relies on the capacities of another undertaking, the details and consent of that undertaking must also be provided. The bid must comply with the tender documents and, where necessary, equivalent solutions must be supported by evidence. The machine-readable notice did not include any other precise qualification or compliance requirements; these must be checked in the tender documents.
