Purchase of a 20 kV grounding reactor for Savi substation (IP9402)

The bidder must confirm that none of the mandatory exclusion grounds apply: no relevant convictions for the bidder or its management/representation bodies, no illegal employment-related offences, no child labour or trafficking offences, no tax or social security debt, and no breach of international or government sanctions. The bidder must also confirm that none of the optional exclusion grounds apply, including serious or repeated breach of a previous public contract or false statements or failure to submit required qualification information or additional documents.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three completed financial years must be at least EUR 100,000. The bidder must submit an extract from the reports of the last three completed financial years showing the turnover; for a legal entity registered in Estonia this is not required if the data are publicly available to the contracting authority from a register. If the financial year does not coincide with the calendar year, the requirement applies to the last three completed financial years. At least six months must have passed since the end of the last completed financial year by the bid submission date.
