Construction of a complete solution for an electricity storage device and expansion of the solar park

The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned regions.

The bidder must show annual net turnover of at least EUR 1,950,000 in the field of design, supply, construction and/or operation of electrical and renewable energy solutions in each of the last three financial years ended by the tender start date. If the bidder has operated for less than three years, the requirement is assessed on the basis of the available financial years during its period of activity. The bidder must provide turnover data and, if necessary, another document or confirmation showing the required turnover. In addition, the bidder must have properly performed at least 2 similar contracts in the last 60 months. A similar contract means experience in the design, supply, construction/installation, commissioning, operation and/or maintenance of a hybrid energy installation in an industrial or comparable operating environment, where the system includes at least a photovoltaic plant, battery energy storage system, power converter/battery inverter, control or energy management system, and parallel operation with the electricity grid together with, where needed, backup power or island-mode solutions. Each reference project must have at least 250 kW BESS power and at least 500 kWh capacity. For the references, the bidder must provide the project name and location, the client name and contact person or other verifiable proof, the contract performance period, the technical parameters of the system, the bidder's role, and confirmation of proper performance. The bidder must appoint at least one person responsible for managing electrical works who has valid A-competence or an electrical engineer qualification corresponding to level 7 under the Professional Qualifications Act, or an equivalent foreign competence/qualification. That person must have verifiable experience in at least one industrial PV+BESS hybrid system construction project and in performing the functional settings of the system. The bidder must submit a competence certificate, a description of the key person's experience, and confirmation that the person will participate in contract performance in the relevant role.
