Purchase of a telehandler

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor the members of its administrative, management or supervisory body have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, child labour, human trafficking or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder must also confirm the ability to provide proof of payment of taxes and social security contributions or allow the contracting authority to obtain such information from a free database where available.

The machine-readable notice and the selected documents do not include any precise qualification, suitability or compliance requirements beyond the general tender conditions. The bidder must check the official tender documents for any specific turnover, experience, team, certificate, registration, form or proof requirements.
