Construction of water supply and sewerage infrastructure in Haldjamäe, Haldjaoru, Nõlvaku, Pihelga and Sarapiku, Mõra village, Kastre municipality

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, representation or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder must also confirm that there are no disqualifying circumstances related to international sanctions and that its authorised persons have been provided to the contracting authority where required by the tender documents.

The bidder must have carried out at least two similar contracts in the last 60 months, under which at least 100 m of water supply and sewerage pipelines were built or reconstructed. The bidder must submit a list of the main construction contracts completed in the last 60 months, including the contract performance period and the contracting parties. If a contract was awarded through public procurement, the procurement reference number must also be provided. The person responsible for the construction works (project manager) must have at least the qualification of Water Supply and Sewerage Engineer, level 6, with specialisation in external water supply and sewerage and the selectable work area of construction management, or an equivalent qualification. The bidder must provide the name and professional certificate number of the person responsible for the construction works. If the bidder uses a person from another country who does not hold the required Estonian professional or competence certificate, proof of an equivalent qualification valid under the laws of that country must be submitted.
