Purchase of transport pallet and container base frames and their spare parts, and ordering of repair and maintenance services for them

The machine-readable notice includes the standard exclusion ground for participation in a criminal organisation. The bidder must confirm that neither the company nor its management, supervisory or representative persons have been finally convicted for this offence within the last five years, or that any exclusion period in the judgment has ended. If this exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning measures where allowed by law or the tender documents.

For lot 1, the applicant must have prior experience in the production and/or sale of the procurement subject. During the 36 months before submitting the application, the applicant must have properly performed contracts or orders for similar products worth at least EUR 150,000. The completed contracts or orders must be listed in the ESPD separately, with a description, type, name, area of responsibility, amount, period, client name, and the contact person's name, email and phone number. The contracting authority may verify the information with the listed contact persons. Under the compliance requirements, the bidder must also confirm that it will not use subcontractors or suppliers linked to a Russian citizen, resident or Russia-established undertaking for more than 10% of the contract value, or acting on their instructions. In the case of a joint tender, a authorised representative must be named and a joint tenderer power of attorney must be attached. The bidder must also indicate any business secrets in the tender and justify that designation.
