Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and related criminal offences. The bidder must answer the exclusion questions and, where applicable, provide dates, reasons, the convicted person, the exclusion period, self-cleaning measures and electronic evidence details. Precise exclusion grounds and any recovery/self-cleaning possibilities must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must prove that it has completed at least one similar contract in the last 120 months, under which at least one drinking water treatment plant with a capacity of at least 100 m3/day was built or reconstructed. The bidder may rely on its own references, a joint bidder’s references or a subcontractor’s references. The notice requires a contract description, total amount, period, contracting authority name, contact details and, if applicable, the public procurement reference number. If the reference was performed as a joint bidder, the bidder must explain its own share of the work and the percentage of the total contract volume.
