The exclusion grounds include the usual criminal-conviction grounds, such as participation in a criminal organisation and corruption. The bidder, or members of its management, administrative or supervisory body, a procurator or other persons authorised to represent it, must not have been finally convicted of these offences within the last five years, or the disqualification period stated in the conviction must have expired.
