Compliance requirements

The tender notice includes the standard exclusion grounds, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, and other mandatory exclusion grounds under the procurement rules. The bidder must also confirm that it is not subject to sanctions-related restrictions, does not use prohibited subcontractors or suppliers, and is not otherwise excluded under the procurement documents. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be designated, under Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/594 Article 44, as a game-meat preparer referred to in point 1.18 of Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004, and as a processor and storer of fresh meat and meat products obtained from wild boar in restriction zones levels II and III. In addition, the game-handling business must hold a valid operating licence under the Food Act. The bidder must submit the Food Act operating licence number and the decision number issued by the Agricultural and Food Board on the designation. The tender must comply with all tender documents, conditional tenders are not allowed, and the bidder must provide the management body and authorised person details or confirm that none exist. If bidding jointly, a joint bidder power of attorney must be attached. The bidder must also confirm compliance with the required bid structure and equivalence requirements for the bid price.
