Compliance requirements
The bidder must have no outstanding state tax debts, or any tax debt must be deferred. The bidder and its management board members must not have been convicted of offences related to economic activity. The bidder must not be bankrupt, in liquidation, under compulsory dissolution, or have its business activity suspended.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have prior experience in supplying and/or installing furniture or interior solutions. Experience with similar products, such as furniture, interior fittings or glass solutions, is also acceptable. The bidder must have the technical capacity to supply and, if necessary, install the products described in the tender and must be able to meet the agreed delivery and installation deadlines. In addition, the bidder must ensure product quality and provide at least the manufacturer’s warranty. If specific evidence or forms are required, they must be submitted in the format set out in the tender documents.
