Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice includes standard exclusion grounds from the ESPD, including criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, and terrorist offences. The bidder must confirm whether any such final convictions or exclusion periods apply to the company or its management, and may need to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The exact full list and any detailed conditions should be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must show an average annual net turnover of at least EUR 600,000 for the previous three financial years in the period 01/01/2023–31/12/2026. For construction experience, the bidder must have experience on at least three sites within the 60 months before the start of the procurement; each site must have a value above EUR 20,000. The bidder must provide details of three similar renovation works and evidence that the works were carried out properly. For the project manager, evidence must be provided of at least the qualification Construction Site Manager, level 6. The bidder must also hold a heritage protection operating licence. The tender must comply with the tender documents, and conditional tenders are not allowed.
