As compliance conditions, the bidder had to confirm that the tender price is submitted in the structure set out in the worksheet "Award criteria and assessed indicators" and that it will not involve subcontractors or suppliers accounting for more than 10% of the contract value if they are citizens or residents of the Russian Federation, entities established in the Russian Federation, entities more than 50% owned by such persons or entities, or representatives of such persons or entities acting on their instructions.
