Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm the mandatory exclusion grounds, including convictions in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking, and other grounds listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be able to show self-cleaning measures, if allowed by the procurement rules or the tender documents. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have an information security management system in place that meets at least ISO 27001 or an equivalent standard. Reliance on another entity’s resources is not allowed for meeting this requirement. The bidder must provide the relevant confirmation in the ESPD and a copy of a valid ISO/IEC 27001 certificate or other appropriate documentary evidence. If the bid is submitted jointly, a power of attorney for the joint bidders must be provided.
