Compliance requirements

The bidder must not be subject to any exclusion ground referred to in Section 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting authority may also exclude a bidder if a previous public contract or concession was seriously or repeatedly breached so that the contract was terminated, rescinded, the price was reduced, damages were paid or a contractual penalty was imposed. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last three financial years ended by the time the procurement was launched must be at least EUR 150,000 per year. The bidder must have performed at least one contract in the 60 months before the procurement was launched, covering construction or reconstruction works for walkways and electrical and/or automation systems, including cabling and lighting. These works may have been carried out under several contracts. The bidder must provide the contract conclusion and performance dates and the details of the other contracting party. If the bidder relies on another entity’s resources to meet the selection criteria, the relevant consent must be submitted.
