Reconstruction of the Jugapuu tank

The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if an exclusion ground under Section 95(1) and Section 95(4)(8) of the Public Procurement Act applies. The machine-readable notice did not include any more detailed exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder must have, within the five years preceding the publication date of the tender, at least two properly performed contracts similar to the subject of the contract. The contracts must have involved waterproofing works for drinking-water tanks or the installation of waterproof coatings on structures in contact with drinking water. The bidder must provide a list of the completed contracts, including a description of the contract subject and the dates of signing and performance, as well as the other party’s details (client name, email address, phone number).
