The bidder must have experience in manufacturing and/or selling a hot melt adhesive application system and must have already supplied the product type named in the tender, or similar products, within the last 3 years for at least EUR 30,000. The bidder’s average annual sales revenue for 2023–2025 must also be at least EUR 30,000. To prove previous deliveries, the bidder may submit documents such as CMRs or invoices; if needed, the contracting authority may request additional evidence.
