Compliance requirements

The bidder and its management-related persons must not have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the tender documents. The bidder must provide details of the contracts, including contract dates, value, performance period and the other contracting party. The bidder must submit information on the persons used in contract performance and their professional qualifications.
