The tender documents include the standard exclusion grounds, especially criminal convictions such as participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour and other forms of human trafficking, fraud, and terrorist offences. The bidder or its managers/representatives must confirm whether any such ground applies and, where relevant, provide the conviction date, reason, person concerned, exclusion period, self-cleaning measures, and electronic evidence details.
