Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurists or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The bidder must also confirm that taxes and social security contributions have been paid or that proof can be obtained. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

When submitting the bid, the bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents and that, where necessary, equivalence has been explained and supporting evidence has been attached. Conditional bids are not allowed. A bid security of EUR 300 must be provided for each offered volume unit, and its validity period must be equal to the bid validity period. If a joint bid is submitted, a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The bidder must also confirm compliance with environmental requirements, including RMK instructions for working with motor vehicles and saws and for using personal protective equipment. In addition, the EU Council sanctions restriction applies: subcontractors and suppliers representing more than 10% of the contract value may not be Russian nationals, residents or companies established in the Russian Federation, entities more than 50% owned by them, or persons acting on their behalf or under their instructions. The offered goods must not be subject to international sanctions or originate from sanctioned areas. In lot 1, up to 2 volume units may be offered; 1 volume unit equals 70 hectares and 2 volume units equal 140 hectares.
