Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder’s technical and professional capability must be demonstrated by at least two team members who will be directly involved in performing or supervising the work. Each of those team members must hold either a PhD or an MSc degree in mineral processing or a related field, have work experience in scientific research related to flotation or mineral processing, and have participated in relevant research activities during the previous three years. Compliance must be evidenced by the submitted CVs and references to relevant research carried out during the previous three years. The contracting authority may also request additional documentary proof of the declared qualifications and experience.
