Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that neither it nor the members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted in the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, or offences related to the commission of a terrorist act or terrorist activity. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include precise exclusion grounds for other cases; these must be checked in the tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The person responsible for the service must hold a professional qualification, such as an engineer, site manager or construction manager qualification, together with additional competence in heating and ventilation or indoor climate systems, depending on the lot offered. The heating system maintainer must be listed among companies holding an operating licence. The bidder must provide information on the competences of the person or company responsible for service delivery, and where required, the name, profession, qualification, experience and references to electronically available evidence. The tender must be submitted in the required form and the tender price must follow the prescribed structure. If the tender documents require a joint tender authorisation or other confirmations, these must be included.
