Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under § 95(1) points 1–5 of the Public Procurement Act apply to it: convictions related to organised crime, corruption, fraud, money laundering or terrorist financing, offences related to illegal employment of foreign nationals, offences involving child labour or human trafficking, tax debts, or sanctions-related restrictions. The bidder must also confirm that it has reviewed the rules and instructions published on the contracting authority’s website.
