Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor members of its management, administrative or supervisory bodies have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, offences related to the commission of a terrorist act or terrorist activity, money laundering or terrorist financing, or any other exclusion grounds listed in the tender documents. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where this is permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must be registered in the commercial register or an equivalent register in its country of establishment, and the contracting authority may require proof of registration. To demonstrate technical and professional capacity, the bidder must submit at least 3 previous wood chip supply contracts with a volume of at least 2,500 MWh. For those contracts, the bidder must provide a description, total amount, currency, the bidder’s scope of responsibility, the period, the contracting authority/customer name and contact details, and, where applicable, details of electronic availability.
