Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor its management board members, procurators or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences or offences related to terrorist activities, money laundering or terrorist financing, child labour or other forms of human trafficking. If any exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The machine-readable notice did not include all exclusion grounds in full; the remaining conditions must be checked in the tender documents.

Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must provide average annual turnover data for the period 01/01/2023–31/12/2025. The minimum requirement is EUR 160,000. To perform the contract, the bidder must involve a responsible person with at least an electrician class B competence certificate or level 5 indoor electrician qualification, or an equivalent professional qualification. Before contract award, the bidder must submit the person’s name and a signed confirmation of participation. In addition, two 2-person electrician teams must be involved. The bid must comply with the tender documents and, where necessary, equivalence must be explained and supporting evidence attached. In the case of a joint bid, an authorised representative must be appointed and a power of attorney from the joint bidders must be attached. The bid price must be submitted according to the prescribed structure. If precise compliance or other qualification requirements are only in the tender documents, they must be checked there.
