Compliance requirements
The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds listed in Section 95(1)(1)–(5) of the Public Procurement Act apply to it. This means, among other things, that neither the bidder nor members of its management or supervisory bodies may have been convicted of offences related to corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, human trafficking or illegal use of child labour; the bidder must not have tax, fee or environmental charge arrears, and no sanctions-based prohibition may prevent the award of the contract. The bidder must also confirm that it has reviewed the rules and instructions published on the contracting authority’s website.
