Compliance requirements
The machine-readable notice included the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud and other mandatory grounds. The bidder must confirm whether any of these grounds apply to the bidder or to persons with management, administrative or supervisory powers, and may need to provide dates, reasons, the convicted person, the exclusion period, self-cleaning measures and evidence. The exact list of exclusion grounds and any recovery/self-cleaning details must be checked in the official tender documents.
Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must provide evidence of at least 2 previously completed works or supplies that match the contracting authority’s specified characteristics. They must have been completed within the 36 months before the start of the procurement, and the bidder must state the value, dates and other contracting parties. The tender is divided into 6 lots, and the experience requirement applies to lots 1 to 6: air-to-water heat pump, chemical stations, pool cleaning robot and dosing pump, efficient mixers, exhaust ventilation, and UV panel for a small pool. The bidder must confirm that the tender complies with the procurement documents, that equivalence has been explained where needed, and that supporting evidence has been attached. A technical tender must be submitted as a free-form document. If the bidder relies on electronically available information, the relevant references or evidence must also be provided.
