Ordering of verification and calibration services for measuring and indicator instruments

The bidder must confirm the standard exclusion grounds in the procurement documents, including convictions for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption and fraud, and the other mandatory grounds listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may be asked to provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The bidder must have provided, during the 36 months before the start of the procurement, compliant calibration and verification services for measuring and indicator instruments worth at least EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. A list of completed contracts with contract value, dates and the other contracting party must be submitted. If the experience was gained with the Police and Border Guard Board, separate evidence is not required for that reference. The bidder must submit a valid accreditation body certificate proving that the verification laboratory meets the required standards. The bidder must confirm that the offered service complies with the technical specification and that the laboratory can perform initial verification, re-verification, periodic re-verification, extraordinary verification and statistical verification. If the bidder relies on the capacities of another company, the relevant details for that company and joint liability for the relevant part of performance must also be provided.
