Preparation of the repair design project for the metal structures of a mine bunker

The bidder must confirm that none of the exclusion grounds under § 95(1) points 1–4 of the Public Procurement Act apply. These concern, among other things, convictions for criminal offences, enabling illegal work or violating wage requirements, illegal use of child labour or human trafficking, and debts for state taxes, fees or social security contributions.

The bidder and/or its subcontractor must have completed at least one contract similar to the subject of the procurement within the 36 months before the start of the procurement. Similar work means design work for steel structures. The bidder must submit a list of the most important contracts with their value, dates and the other contracting parties. The person responsible for the work must have the relevant professional qualification: a chartered civil engineer, at least level 7, profession: design, or equivalent or better. A foreign bidder must submit copies of qualification and competence documents issued under the laws of its country of establishment and a confirmation that it will submit, within one month after signing the contract, the confirmation issued by the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. If subcontracting is used, the subcontractor’s consent must be provided. The tender must be submitted on the required form, and the calculation of work costs and expenses must also be submitted on the form "Calculation". If this is a joint tender, the joint bidders’ power of attorney must be attached. Conditional tenders are not allowed.
