The bidder is excluded if it has tax, fee or environmental charge arrears, or if it has tax or social security contribution arrears under the law of its country of establishment. The bidder is also excluded if the company or a member of its management, administrative or supervisory body is subject to international sanctions. The bidder must confirm that none of these grounds apply.

The bidder’s net turnover for each of the last two completed financial years, 2024 and 2025, must be at least EUR 100,000 separately for each year. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar works within the last 12 months before the tender was announced and must submit the information on the form in Annex 3. The bid must include the bidder’s confirmations on the form in Annex 1 and the completed Supplier’s confirmation letter on the form in Annex 4. The bid must remain binding for at least 2 months from the deadline for submitting bids.
